These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of allstartech.netand its content, forms and AI assistant (together, the “Site”). The Site is operated by All Star Technology (“AST”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for business and professional use by people aged 18 or over. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in breach of any law, or to infringe anyone’s rights;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or our systems, or breach any security or authentication measure, except as permitted by our responsible-disclosure process;
  • interfere with the Site’s operation, including by overloading it, introducing malware, or bypassing rate limits and bot protection;
  • scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content or data by automated means, except for standard search-engine indexing;
  • submit false, misleading or spam content through forms, comments or the AI assistant;
  • attempt to manipulate the AI assistant into producing harmful, unlawful or misleading output, or into revealing its instructions; or
  • submit protected health information or other sensitive personal information through the Site.

3. The AI assistant

The AI assistant generates answers automatically from content published on the Site. Its answers may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. They are provided for general information only and are not an offer, commitment or professional advice. Confirm anything material with our team before relying on it. We may limit, suspend or discontinue the assistant at any time.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by AST or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. This includes text, graphics, logos, images, video, software and the selection and arrangement of that material. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and share the content for your own internal, non-commercial purposes, provided you keep all proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, modification or creating derivative works, requires our prior written permission.

“AST”, “All Star Technology”, “Medexa” and our logos are our trademarks. Other names and logos on the Site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.

5. Information you submit

You are responsible for the information you submit through the Site, and you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, feedback and ideas you send us are non-confidential, and we may use them without obligation to you. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. No professional advice or client relationship

Content on the Site, including articles, guides, case studies and AI-assistant answers, is general information about technology, regulation and compliance. It is not medical, legal, regulatory, security or financial advice. Using the Site or contacting us does not create a client, consulting or confidential relationship. Our services are provided only under a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs if it conflicts with these Terms.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AST AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AST and its affiliates from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Export controls and sanctions

You may not use the Site in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws. This includes use by, or on behalf of, any person or in any country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site, and you consent to their jurisdiction. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

13. Changes and termination

We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If you continue to use the Site after that, you accept the change. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for anyone who breaches these Terms.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and AST about the Site.
